Abstract
The objective of this research is to examine the influence of organizational, commitment organizational and motivational job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers at Petra Christian School. There are three (3) independent variables, they are the influence of organizational, commitment organizational, and motivation. Being dependent variable is work satisfaction. Primar data are obtained from questionnaires which are then tabulated. From analysis it is found that all variables which are the influence of organizational, commitment organizational and motivation have positive significant influence on work satisfaction of the teachers kindergarten at Petra Christian School.
