Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out students’ perception of teaching strategies implemented in critical reading class. This study is descriptive qualitative method. The subject of this research is English Department students’ from batch 2022. The instrument used in collecting the data is interview with the lecture and questionnaire to the students’. The result of the study is majority of the students’ had positive perception to the strategy implemented in class. However some of them disagree with the effectiveness of strategy implemented in critical reading class.
