Abstract

Laporan ini berisi mengenai bagaimana peran content creator dalam mengelola konten pada akun Instagram perusahaan BPJS Kesehatan dalam membangun sekaligus mempertahankan branding perusahaan. Dengan begitu, peran content creator sangat diperlukan untuk membuat konten-konten yang tetap menarik minat masyarakat, sehingga dapat mengubah pengetahuan, kepercayaan, hingga tingkah laku masyarakat mengenai perusahaan tersebut. Konten yang diproduksi telah melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu Pre – Production, Production, hingga Post – Production sehingga mampu menghasilkan konten yang menarik, sesuai tranding di masyarakat, namun tetap sesuai dengan gaya dan ciri khas perusahaan BPJS Kesehatan, konten tersebut juga telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari project manager yang bertugas untuk mengontrol akun media sosial BPJS Kesehatan baik pada Instagram maupun Tiktok.
