Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini akan terus berkembangan. Penggunaan media sosial sudah menjadi hal yang tidak dapat di pisahkan. Kegiatan promosi melalui media sosial bukan sesuatu hal yang aneh, berbagai macam perusahaan dan bentuk penyampain promosi kepada khalayak luas juga sudah sangat beragam. Surabaya Suites Hotel yang merupakan Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pariwisata memanfaatkan peluang yang sangat bessr dengan melakukan pengenalan brand serta mempromosikan Surabaya Suites Hotel melalui media sosial Instagram @surabayasuiteshotel.
