Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Motivasi Existence, Relationship & Growth (ERG) terhadap keberhasilan usaha pelapak di lapak kampir kelurahan Kanigoro Kota Madiun. Responden penelitian berjumlah 36 dan semuanya diambil sebagai sampel, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Variabel motivasi Relationship berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha, (2) sebaliknya motivasi Existence dan Growth tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Nilai koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh yaitu sebesar 0,143. Artinya variable Existence, Relationship dan Growth terhadap keberhasilan usaha berpengaruh sebesar 85,7% dan sisanya 14,3% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.
