Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. INKA (Persero), 2) Pengaruh organizational commitment terhadap OCB pada karyawan PT. INKA (Persero) , 3) Pengaruh work engagement terhadap OCB, 4) Pengaruh happiness at work terhadap OCB, 5) Pengaruh job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work engagement, dan happiness at work terhadap OCB. Subjek yang digunakan adalah karyawan yang ada di PT INKA (Persero) sejumlah 103 karyawan. Alat Pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah skala organizational citizenship behavior, skala job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work engagement, dan happiness at work. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Adanya pengaruh positif job satisfaction terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (t=7,166, p=0,000), adanya pengaruh positif organizational commitment terhadap OCB (t=11,785, p=0,000), adanya pengaruh positif work engagement terhadap OCB (t=6,016, p=0,000), adanya pengaruh positif happiness at work terhadap OCB (t=7,717, p=0,000), dan adaya pengaruh positif job satisfaction, organizational commitment, work engagement, dan happiness at work terhadap OCB (F=48,568, p=0,000). Sumbangan efektif dari Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Work Engagement, dan Happines at Work secara bersama-sama untuk memprediksi Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan INKA adalah sebesar 66,5% sedangkan sisanya 21,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
