Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi selalu memunculkan inovasi yang disruptif, salah satunya adalah cryptocurrency yang mencoba untuk menggantikan mata uang serta sistem pembayaran konvensional. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan facilitating condition pada behavioral intention penggunaan cryptocurrency di Surabaya serta pengaruh moderasi trust terhadap hubungan performance expectancy dan behavioral intention, effort expectancy dan behavioral intention, serta social influence dan behavioral intention. Data empiris untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dari 100 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear serta regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performance expectancy, effort expectancy dan facilitating condition berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavioral intention, sedangkan social influence berpengaruh secara tidak signifikan terhadap behavioral intention. Selain itu, trust memberikan efek moderasi negatif terhadap hubungan antara performance expectancy dan behavioral intention, effort expectancy dan behavioral intention, serta facilitating condition dan behavioral intention.
