Abstract
Pabrik Teh Hijau-Seledri Instan ini direncanakan dengan sistem operasi secara continue, di mana pabrik beroperasi selama 24 jam. Proses pembuatan Teh Hijau-Seledri Instan diawali dengan unit pengolahan bahan baku utama, yaitu teh hijau dan seledri, dilanjutkan dengan proses ekstraksi, pencampuran dengan dekstrin, evaporasi dan proses drying hingga berbentuk serbuk teh-hiau–seledri Produk diberi label produk T–DRI. Produk dikemas dalam sachet akan dimasukkan ke dalam kardus-kardus dan disimpan dalam gudang produk sebelum didistribusikan ke beberapa kota-kota di pulau Jawa. Kapasitas : 2,43 ton/hari Produk : Suplemen makanan Alami Harga Jual : Rp. 500/sachet Bahan baku : Teh Hijau : 800 kg/hari Seledri : 225 kg/hari Dekstrin : 2076 kg/hari Utilitas : Air : 19,29 m³/hari Listrik : 871,31 kWh/har Bahan bakar : Solar Lokasi : Lawang, Jawa Timur Jumlah tenaga kerja : 93 pekerja. Dari hasil analisa ekonomi dengan metode Discounted Cash Flow • Rate of Equity (ROE) sebelum pajak : 35,72 % • Rate of Equity (ROE) setelah pajak : 29,10 % • Rate of Return Investment (ROR) sebelum pajak : 29,10 % • Rate of Return Investment (ROR) setelah pajak : 23,71 % • Pay Out Time (POT) sebelum pajak : 4 tahun 4 bulan • Pay Out Time (POT) setelah pajak : 4 tahun 11 bulan • Break Even Point (BEP) : 39,76 % Dengan mempertimbangkan segi teknis maupun segi ekonomi, maka pabrik ini dinyatakan cukup layak untuk didirikan di Indonesia.
