Abstract

Marketing communication memiliki tanggungjawab dalam membentuk citra positif dan mempromosikan produk dan jasa perusahaanya. Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya merupakan perusahaan yang berada dibawah naungan PT. MNC Land serta bekerjasama dengan operator OakwoodWorldwide (Asia) Pte Ltd yang dikenal sebagai provider terbaik pada bidang apartemen servis. Oakwood Hotel & Residence Surabaya menerapkan marketing melalui online maupun offline. Salah satu kegiatan marketing online adalah dengan cara mempromosikan produknya melalui sosial media Instagram berupa konten foto dan video. Konten tersebut dibuat melalui tiga tahap yakni praproduksi, produksi, dan Pasca produksi. Tahap praproduksi meliputi pencarian referensi, Storyboard dan script, konsultasi storyboard,dan koordinasi dengan pihak terkait. Tahap kedua yakni produksi yang dilakukan seperti pengambilan video dan gambar. Tahap terakhir yakni pascaproduksi yang meliputi pengeditan dan konsultasi dengan marketing communication manager serta Director of Sales & Marketing.
