Abstract
Perencanaan unit usaha yang dilakukan diberi nama “GREXJELL” yang berasal dari “green matcha jelly drink”. “GREXJELL” didasari dengan pembuatan jelly drink yang berasal dari campuran matcha bubuk, karagenan, gula pasir dan air. Bentuk usaha dalam perencanaan usaha produksi “GREXJELL” yaitu home industry dengan kapasitas 100 botol (@240 ml) per hari. Lokasi usaha produksi “GREXJELL” terletak di Pesona Sekar Gading cc-08, Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Usaha “GREXJELL” direncanakan memiliki 2 tenaga kerja. Bentuk badan usaha yang dijalankan adalah perusahaan berbentuk industri rumah tangga dengan struktur organisasi garis (lini). Kemasan yang digunakan adalah botol PET yang berkapasitas 250 mL dan pada badan botol diberi label yang berukuran 9 cm x 4 cm dengan warna dasar hijau. Utilitas yang digunakan adalah air PDAM sebesar 80.880 m3/tahun, listrik sebesar 2114,16 kWh/tahun dan gas sebesar 68,2 kg/tahun. Industri ini memiliki laju pengembalian modal (ROR) sebesar 152,46% dan MARR sebesar 15%. waktu pengembalian modal selama 7,635 bulan ~ 8 bulan. titik impas yang diperoleh adalah 51,56%. berdasarkan analisa teknis dan ekonomis, industri MATCHA JELLY DRINK “GREXJELL” layak untuk dijalankan.
