Abstract

PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, Tbk. merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di industri pangan dengan produk meliputi biskuit, kacang-kacangan, olahan susu, hingga confectionary. PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, Tbk. mendirikan anak pabrik di Gresik yang berfokus pada produksi berbagai macam biskuit diantaranya adalah biscuit sandwich dengan merek Dilan yang mulai diproduksi pada tahun 2019. Jumlah tenaga kerja PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, Tbk. sekitar 1.323 orang dengan struktur organisasi fungsional. Bahan baku yang digunakan dalam pembuatan biskuit sandwich ini terdiri dari bahan baku biskuit, bahan cream vanilla, dan bahan coating chocolate. Proses pembuatan biskuit sandwich meliputi tahapan pembuatan adonan, pencetakan, pemanggangan, penyalutan, pendinginan, pengemasan dan penyimpanan. Pengendalian mutu dilakukan pada bahan baku, proses pengolahan biskuit dan produk akhir biskuit sandwich dilakukan dengan melakukan pengecekan secara berkala untuk mengendalikan kualitas dan mencegah terjadinya penyimpangan selama proses produksi berlangsung. PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, Tbk. juga menerapkan sistem sanitasi baik pada peralatan, mesin, ruangan produksi, lingkungan pabrik, dan personal hygiene pada karyawan. Proses pembuatan biskuit sandwich juga didukung dengan sumber daya manusia, air, listrik dan gas. PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, Tbk. melakukan pengendalian terhadap limbah padat, cair, gas, dan B3. Biskuit sandwich yang dihasilkan dari PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, Tbk. dipasarkan ke berbagai kalangan masyarakat dalam negeri dan luar negeri.
