Abstract

Fatique pada kanker merupakan penurunan energi mengakibatkan penurunan produktivitas dan kualitas hidup. Salah satu intervensi untuk mengurangi fatique pada pasien kanker adalah terapi hatha yoga dan aromaterapi lavender. Tujuan penelitian membuktikan pengaruh integrasi hatha yoga dan aromaterapi lavender terhadap fatique pada pasien kanker. Desain penelitian ini pra experimental one grup pre post test design. Populasi 53 pasien kanker di puskesmas Kedungdoro dan puskesmas Pacarkeling surabaya. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 26 responden yang memenuhi kriteria. Intervensi integrasi hatha yoga dan aromaterapi lavender diberikan selama 4 minggu, 2 kali/minggunya selama 20 menit/sesi. Fatique diukur pre-test dan post-test dengan kuisioner. Uji normalitas menggunakan Shapiro-wilk Test data tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil mean skor fatique pre-test 4,85±0,675, post-test 3,65±0.745, dan penurunan pre- test dan post-test -1,19±0,402. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan wilcoxson signed rank test P=0,000 berarti ada pengaruh signifikan hatha yoga dan aromaterapi lavender terhadap fatique pada pasien kanker. Hatha yoga membantu otot meregang lebih baik sehingga metabolisme otot ATP dan ADP menjadi lebih efektif dan fatique dapat berkurang, dipadukan menghirup aromaterapi dapat menurunkan fatique karena merangsang sel saraf yang akan dialirkan ke otak, sehingga lebih rileks dan fatique berkurang.
