Abstract
This research aims to examine the utilization of Resource-Based View (RBV) theory which consists of human capital, structural capital and relational capital toward strategy and competitive advantage. Data collection was conducted at 42 minimarkets located in Madiun City, East Java. The data were analyzed using measurement model of structural equation modeling supported by Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the research find out that human capital has significant and positive influences towards strategy and competitive advantage. In addition, relational capital also has significant and positive influences towards strategy and competitive advantage. Whereas, structural capital only has significant and positive influences toward competitive advantage but it has no influence toward strategy
