Abstract

Pada era digital, perusahaan perlu memanfaatkan platform digital seperti media sosial untuk membangun branding dan membentuk citra sekaligus mempertahankan eksistensi ditengah maraknya kompetitor. Oleh karena itu, peran content creator diperlukan untuk menerapkan social media marketing dalam perusahaan seperti PT. Kapal Api Global yang memproduksi berbagai konten terkait kopi dan informasi terkini tentang perusahaan. Konten yang diproduksi oleh seorang content creator melalui berbagai tahapan yaitu riset, manajemen waktu, pemanfaatan SEO, copywriting dan content writing, fotografi dan videografi, editing dan desain. Hasil temuan dalam laporan kerja praktik ini akan membahas mengenai aktivitas content creator PT. Kapal Api Global dalam menciptakan konten di Instagram dan LinkedIn untuk membangun branding kepada pihak internal dan eksternal perusahaan.
