Abstract

Mahasiswa telah berbekal ilmu yang telah didapatkan selama masa perkuliahan, dasar-dasar komunikasi untuk berinteraksi, desain dalam membuat suatu produk, dan berbagai ilmu lainnya dalam editing video atau foto. Berbekal ilmu tersebut yang diperoleh dari hasil mahasiswa mengikuti perkuliahan dan tugas kuliah semata. Melalui hasil tersebut, mahasiswa dapat mengetahui bagaimana gambaran untuk dipraktekkan dalam situasi dan kondisi sebenarnya.Laporan kerja praktik ini, berisikan proses penulis sebagai komunikasi pemasaran yang merangkap sebagai desain dan video editing dalam bisnis perhotelan di hotel Surabaya Suites Hotel. Dari proses tersebut marketing komunikasi memiliki fungsi dalam pembuatan desain foto sosial media dan video sosial media, dengan usaha menarik konsumen agar berminat menginap di hotel.
