Abstract

Kopi merupakan minuman yang sering diminum oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Hingga bisa dikatakan minum kopi merupakan bagian dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Kopi bubuk merupakan produk olahan kopi yang berasal dari biji kopi yang telah disortasi dan disangrai yang kemudian dihaluskan menjadi bubuk. PT. Berontoseno merupakan salah satu industri pengolahan pangan yang memproduksi kopi bubuk di Indonesia sejak tahun 1956. Pabrik kopi Berontoseno terletak pada Jl. Joyokusumo IA 33, Kediri, Jawa Timur. PT. Berontoseno memiliki visi untuk berkomitmen mempertahankan mutu produk sehingga menjadi top leader produsen kopi Indonesia yang bisa diterima secara internasional dan bisa disejajarkan dengan kopi kualtias dunia. Untuk mencapai misi tersebut, maka mereka memiliki misi mempersembahkan produk yang berkualitas terbaik dengan pelayanan dengan dedikasi tinggi untuk seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Misi tersebut dilakukan dengan proses pengolahan kopi bubuk. Kopi bubuk yang diproduksi merupakan campuran dari biji kopi arabika dan robusta sangrai dengan rasio tertentu sehingga memiliki aroma dan rasa yang khas. Proses pengolahan yang dilewati biji kopi untuk menjadi kopi bubuk adalah penggorengan, pencampuran, penggilingan, dan pengemasan. PT. Berontoseno memiliki 3 jenis produk kopi bubuk. Kopi bubuk dalam sachetberisi 3,5 g, dalam kemasan laminasi berisi 250 g dan dalam kaleng 250 g.
