Abstract

PT. Lautan Natural Krimerindo merupakan perusahaan Perseroan Terbatas yang bergerak di bidang industri makanan dan minuman dengan produk utama yang dihasilkan berupa Non-Dairy Creamer (NDC). PT. Lautan Natural Krimerindo berdiri sejak tahun 2010 dan berlokasi di Jalan Mojosari-Pacet km. 4 Mojojejer, Pesanggrahan, Kecamatan Kutorejo, Mojokerto. Produk NDC dari PT. Lautan Natural Krimerindo telah memperoleh sertifikasi MUI HALAL, ISO 9001 tentang sistem manajemen mutu, dan ISO 22000 tentang sistem keamanan pangan. Proses produksi di PT. Lautan Natural Krimerindo dibagi menjadi tiga sub unit, yaitu wetmix yaitu pencampuran bahan baku minyak nabati dan glucose syrup, spray drying yaitu pengeringan krimer menggunakan spray dryer, dan packaging atau pengemasan produk NDC. Unit utilitas untuk menunjang proses produksi NDC pada PT. Lautan Natural Krimerindo antara lain adalah air Reverse Osmosis (RO), saturated steam, air pendingin, dan listrik. Produk NDC yang telah dikemas di dalam multiwall paper bag berukuran 25 kg dipasarkan secara B2B (business to business) dengan target pasar seperti PT. Lautan Mitra Kreasi, serta pemasaran secara komersial dengan cara distribusi produk ke berbagai supermarket, minimarket, dan melalui aplikasi belanja online.
