Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Leadership, Motivation, Career Development, and Work Stress on Employees' Performance pass through Job Satisfaction. This research's objects are employees of Gramedia Book Shops in Surabaya. There are four Gramedia Books Shop in Surabaya (but now there are five). The result of the research can explain that Leadership, Motivation, Career Development, Work Stress, and Job Satisfaction affect to Employees' Performance. Leadership patterns, Motivation, Career Development, and Job Satisfaction are very much needed to lead employees' behavior in order to generate the maximum performance. But Work Stress must be managed, must be minimized so that performance can be maximized.
