Abstract

Pengkajian resep secara administratif penting untuk dilakukan karena memuat keabsahan dan kejelasan suatu resep, sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya medication error. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengkajian resep secara administratif pada resep dokter spesialis saraf di Apotek Magetan periode Januari 2020. Penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif dan pengambilan data dilakukan secara retrospektif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling, terhadap 200 lembar resep. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan persentase ketidaklengkapan resep dokter spesialis saraf di Apotek Magetan yaitu alamat pasien 100%, umur pasien 98,5%, jenis kelamin 100%, berat badan 99,5%, sedangkan nama dokter, alamat dokter, SIP, paraf dokter, tanggal penulisan resep, nomor telepon dokter, dan nama pasien yang dituliskan oleh dokter spesialis saraf telah mencapai 100%. Resep dokter spesialis saraf di Apotek Magetan menurut Permenkes RI No. 73 tahun 2016 belum memenuhi ketentuan kelengkapan resep secara administratif.
