Abstract
Persaingan antarbisnis ritel yang berkembang sangat pesat menuntut peritel untuk meningkatkan strategi agar konsumen menjadi loyal pada private label dan toko. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 150 responden pada pengunjung Lotte Mart Surabaya yang berusia 17-65 tahun dan pernah membeli private label Lotte Mart paling sedikit 2x dalam 3 bulan. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), dengan alat analisis yang digunakan adalah LISREL 8.70. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa: (1) in-store characteristics tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap store loyalty di Lotte Mart Surabaya; (2) economic drivers berpengaruh signifikan terhadap store loyalty di Lotte Mart Surabaya; (3) private labels characteristics berpengaruh signifikan terhadap private labels loyalty di Lotte Mart Surabaya; (4) private labels loyalty berpengaruh signifikan terhadap store loyalty di Lotte Mart Surabaya.
