Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeatahui pengaruh product quality, personal interaction, store atmosphere terhadap words of mouth dengan customer satisfaction sebagai mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Obyek dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen dari toko fashion Pull & Bear Galaxy Mall Surabaya, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 110 responden. Hasil Penelitian ini menjelaskan : (1) product quality berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction, (2) personal interaction berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction, (3) store atmosphere berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction, (4) customer satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap words of mouth, (5) product quality berpengaruh terhadap words of mouth melalui customer satisfaction, (6)personal interaction berpengaruh terhadap words of mouth melalui customer satisfaction, (7) store atmosphere berpengaruh terhadap words of mouth melalui customer satisfaction.
