Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh konflik kerja-keluarga dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja guru perempuan di Surabaya. Alat dan metode pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner, dengan menggunakan 120 responden guru perempuan di Surabaya. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama terdukung, yaitu konflik kerja-keluarga berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja, begitu juga dengan hipotesis kedua terdukung, yaitu stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja.
