Abstract

Organizational justice has the potential to create powerful benefits for organizations and employees alike, and one of the benefits is more helpful citizenship behavior. The objective of this research is to study the effects of both dimensionally and in overall: distributive justice, procedural justice, and justice interactional on teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of SMA/SMK/MAN/MAS in Madiun city. OCB is divided into two types of citizenship behaviors directed toward individuals (OCB-I) and citizenship behaviors directed towards the organization (OCB-O). This research used the quantitative approach with the survey method. The samples of this research were 409 teachers, selected non-randomly. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaires and analyzed by using the descriptive statistics and path analysis in inferential statistics. The results of the research can be concluded that: organizational justice has a positive significant effect on OCB; distributive justice and interactional justice have a positive significant effect on OCB-I and OCB-O; interactional justice has no significant effect on OCB–I and interactional justice has a positive significant effect on OCB-O.
