Abstract
This research would examine the role of job crafting in millennial generation. The millennial generation in Surabaya is used as the population with 130 employees. Currently used millennial generation for the sample of this research cause they have a powerful creativity and could share the impact for their organization. I am using incidental sampling by taking the population coincidentally. SmartPLS 3.0 Software obtained the data analysis. The result from this research indicated empowering leadership has a positive and significant impact on job crafting. Also, job crafting has a positive and significant effect on objective career success. Empowering leadership has positive and significant effect on objective career success. Meanwhile, job crafting's role was a partial mediation to influence empowering leadership to objective career success. This showed us crafting role is the important part to support career success for employee. The organization could give the chance for their employee so crafting activity could enhance significantly.
