Abstract

Diet containing high fructose with low magnesium may induce hyperglycemia which is one of the metabolic syndrome disorder related to chronic kidney disease. Additionally, high fructose diet induces the novo lipogenesis to form triglycerides and VLDL that may lead to the increased of fat storage and thus triggering insulin resistance.
