Abstract
Fixed assets for manufacturing companies are needed to maintain or increase the company's operational productivity. In the process of handling the company's fixed assets that are effective and efficient, an adequate system is needed. Problems First, the acquisition process took a long time because when purchasing assets the purchasing department did not have a vendor database and had to search for manuals by searching the internet which was time consuming and ineffective. The second problem is related to the high cost of maintaining and depreciating fixed assets at PT Indo Tree International. Calculations are applied using the straight-line method or the straight-line method where maintenance costs and depreciation of PT Indo Tree International's fixed assets are considered the same so that there are differences in recording and conditions in the field. The third problem, the company does not know when to terminate the asset which causes the company to be unable to budget for the purchase of assets to replace assets whose useful life has expired. In addition, the internal control over the fixed asset cycle is very weak, such as documents on the acquisition procedure that are given to several parties which can easily be lost. The result of this study is a fixed asset computerized accounting information system to fix problems from PT Indo Tree International and improve internal control
