Abstract

Pada saat ini perkembangan Mall pada sidoarjo sedang meningkat. Perkembangan Mall tersebut membuat mall di sidoarjo bersaing sangat keras. Lippo Plaza Sidoarjo adalah Salah satu Mall terbesar di Sidoarjo. Mall pada kota sidoarjo sangat bersaing dengan keras, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan perilaku konsumen yang ada dan faktor-faktor keputusan dalam konsumen tersebut, sehingga perusahaaan perlu menerapkan marketing tools supaya masyarakat tertarik kepada produk yang mereka tawarkan Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui penerapan marketing tools pada divisi marketing communication yang bereda di Lippo Plaza Sidoarjo. Marketing tols milik Kotler dan keller memiliki 8 tools yang berisi: Advertising, Sales Promotion, Events and experience, public relations and publicity, online and social media marketing, Mobile marketing, direct and database marketing, personal selling
