Abstract
This study Intends to examine the effect of leadership style and training on employees at Wings Surva, Corp, Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence about performance. This study hopes to give contribution to corporation development on the performance. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 210 employees located at Wings Surya Surabaya as a chosen sample. The distributed questionnaires were all returned completely and were analyzed using SPSS version 10. The Hypotheses were tested using multiple regression model and partial correlation. The result indicates that leadership styles and training simultaneously and partially have a positive significant effect on performance. So, the hypotheses developed in this study are supported. From the two independent variables, leadership styles have a stronger effect on performance. It is hoped that research in the future will examine other variables that may influence performance.
