Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui unsur dan fungsi kohesi gramatikal dan kohesi leksikal. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif terhadap data dalam 14 wacana tips produk perawatan wajah pada tabloid Nova, Oktober-November 2019. Hasil penelitian ini (1) kohesi gramatikal dalam bentuk pengacuan, penyulihan, pelesapan, dan perangkaian, (2) fungsi kohesi gramatikal untuk menyatakan kepaduan, kevariasian, keindahan, dan menghubungkan, (3) kohesi leksikal dalam bentuk repetisi, sinonim, antonim, kolokasi, dan hiponim, (4) fungsi kohesi leksikal menyatakan hal yang penting, kemiripan, pelaksanaan, dan lingkup gagasan.
