Abstract

Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif,dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan Anggota UMKM Surabaya mengenai konter pelayanan fasilitas permohonan HKI Pemkot Surabaya melalui media publikasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini tinggi. Jenis pekerjaan sampingan yang tinggi adalah wirausaha, jenis kelamin tertinggi adalah laki-laki. Media publikasi tertinggi adalah sosial media dan hasil dari pendidikan tertinggi adalah SMA/SMK
