Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage, jumlah rapat dewan komisaris, dan proporsi komisaris independen terhadap corporate environmental disclosure. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah corporate environmental disclosure, sedangkan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, leverage, jumlah rapat dewan komisaris, dan proporsi komisaris independen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2015 dengan total sampel sebanyak 40 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, jumlah rapat dewan komisaris, dan proporsi komisaris independen berpengaruh terhadap corporate environmental disclosure. Sedangkan profitabilitas dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap corporate environmental disclosure.
