Abstract

PT. Sepanjang Pangan Jaya adalah salah satu perusahaan pangan di Sidoarjo yang memproduksi wafer stick dengan berbagai macam warna, aroma, dan rasa yang berbeda. PT. Sepanjang Pangan Jaya dapat memproduksi wafer stick sebanyak 300kg/hari. Bentuk perusahaan PT. Sepanjang Pangan Jaya adalah Perseroan Terbatas (PT) tertutup dan memiliki struktur organisasi garis dengan total karyawan 358 orang. Tata letak ruang produksi PT. Sepanjang Pangan Jaya menggunakan kombinasi antara tipe process layout dan tipe product layout. Proses produksi PT. Sepanjang Pangan Jaya dengan sistem semi continous. Sanitasi PT. Sepanjang Pangan Jaya meliputi sanitasi air, ruang pengolahan, pekerja, mesin dan peralatan, bahan baku, produk, bangunan dan limbah. Pengawasan mutu yang dilakukan PT. Sepanjang Pangan Jaya meliputi bahan baku dan bahan pembantu, proses produksi, produk akhir dan masa kadaluwarsa.
