Abstract

The environmental aspects should be reflected especially within small and medium scale enterprise (SME) as known UMKM Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah in Indonesia. The parties which concerns with these prospect any kind of UMKM would make an advance to compete at Asean’s Economics Community 2015. The changing international trade system tends to liberalization as ASEAN tends to AFTA and on going to be ECONOMICS COMMUNITY of ASEAN. Those factors which formed the UMKM should be examined firmly as their categorization, then the threats of entering the free market should be focused on the probability to be stand alone. The lowest segments in metropolitans, are so difference with those UMKM that served the smallest town especially relates with social citizenship. The governnent policies have already made for advancing UMKM. The problem should be questioned as have any UMKM of Indonesia could have competition in ASEAN, at least hold out within domestic market. The aim of this writing to discuss the ways of advancing UMKM Indonesia which could be the one as the competitive supplier entering ECONOMICS COMMUNITY of ASEAN in the coming year 2015.
