Abstract
PT. IGLAS (Persero) merupakan produsen botol kemasan yang memiliki departement quality control yang bertugas untuk mengawasi mutu dari produk. Penerapan pengawasan dan pengujian mutu produk di departement quality control menggunakan statistical process control untuk membantu memperbaiki kualitas proses dan mengurangi variabilitas. Statistical process control yang diterapkan untuk menganalisa produksi botol vodka 250 ml yakni peta kendali, diagram pareto, dan diagram sebab akibat dengan kesimpulan bahwa perlu banyak perbaikan pada mesin, feeder, operasional dan peralatan sebagai penyebab cacat secara garis besar.
