Abstract
Selai yang ada di pasaran sekarang memiliki varian rasa yang sedikit, sehingga muncullah ide untuk membuat produk selai dari buah pisang. Jenis pisang yang digunakan adalah pisang kepok sehingga memiliki keunggulan harga yang cukup murah dan dapat bersaing di pasaran. Proses pembuatan selai pisang ini adalah pisang kepok dicuci kemudian dikupas untuk memisahkan kulit dan daging buah. Pisang kepok lalu dihancurkan untuk menghasilkan tekstur yang halus, kemudian dilakukan pemasakan selai hingga matang lalu dimasukkan kedalam wadah secara hot filling. Ringkasan Prarencana Pabrik Selai Pisang Kepok ini adalah sebagai berikut: Bentuk Perusahaan : Perseroan Terbatas (PT) Produksi : Selai Pisang 1.000 kg/hari Status Perusahaan : Swasta Kapasitas Produksi : 330.000 kg/tahun (1.320.000 botol (250 gram)/tahun) Hari Kerja Efektif : 330 hari/tahun Sistem Operasi : Batch Masa Konstruksi : 2 tahun Waktu mulai beroperasi : Tahun 2018 Bahan Baku : • Pisang kepok = 1.180,8521 kg/hari • Gula pasir = 531,3835 kg/hari • Asam sitrat = 1,4170 kg/hari • Natrium benzoat = 0,3543 kg/hari • Air = 283,4045 kg/hari Jumlah Tenaga Kerja : 60 orang Lokasi Pabrik : Kelurahan Cirumput, Kecamatan Cugenang Kabupaten Cianjur, Provinsi Jawa Barat Luas Pabrik : 4.200 m2 Hasil analisa ekonomi yang telah dilakukan: • Fixed Capital Investment (FCI) = Rp 17.481.473.121 • Working Capital Investment (WCI) = Rp 865.905.252 • Total Production Cost (TPC) = Rp 14.072.520.133 • Penjualan per tahun = Rp 19.650.439.439 • Rate of Return sebelum pajak = 23,87% • Rate of Return sesudah pajak = 17,64% • Rate of Equity sebelum pajak = 36,19% • Rate of Equity sesudah pajak = 27,69% • Pay Out Time sebelum pajak = 4 tahun 3 bulan • Pay Out Time sesudah pajak = 5 tahun 1 bulan • Break Even Point (BEP) = 40,92% Berdasarkan perhitungan teknis dan analisa ekonomi maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pabrik selai pisang kepok ini layak didirikan.
