Abstract

Tepung kentang dibuat dari buah kentang yang mentah sampai setengah matang dengan melalui proses pengupasan kulit, pemotongan , pemanasan dalam air panas pada 90º C selama 20 menit, perendaman didalam larutan 0,15% Sodium Bisulfite selama 10 menit. Proses terakhir yaitu pengeringan di Rotary Dryer sampai kadar air 7%, kemudian proses penghalusan sampai 80 mesh dan kemudian siap dikemas dan dijual. Proses Sistem operasi : Semi Kontinyu Waktu operasi : 24 jam/hari '= 300 hari/tahun Hasil Tepung kentang : 1000 ton/tahun Bahan baku dan tambahan Sodium Bisulfite : 0,3 kg/hari Utilitas -Air : 19,2 m³/hari -Listrik : 2000kVA -Bahan bakar : 12375 liter/hari Manajemen Bentuk perusahaan : Perseroan Terbatas Jumlah tenaga kerja : 150 orang Lokasi pabrik : Malang-Jawa Timur Luas area : 4170m² Analisa ekonomi -Masa konstruksi : 2 tahun -Modal Tetap (FCI) : Rp. 175.453.980.200 -Modal Kerja (WCI) : Rp. 30.962.467.100 -Biaya Produksi Total (TPC) : Rp. 123.619.608.000 -ROR sesudah pajak : 30,57% -ROR sebelum pajak : 34,10% -ROE sesudah pajak : 47,02% -ROE sebelum pajak : 51,83% POT sebelum pengembalian pinjaman : POT = 2 tahun 8 bulan - POT sesudah pengembalian pinjaman : POT = 3,00 tahun - BEP : 34,59 %
