Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel customer trust dan customer value terhadap brand switching melalui customer satisfaction dan customer loyalty pada BCA Cabang Darmo Surabaya. Penelitan ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebagai data primer. Responden yang ada didalam penelitian berjumlah 165 orang, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis Structural Equation Modeling yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel penelitian melalui program LISREL 8.70. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ternyata customer trust dan customer value memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap customer satisfaction. Selanjutnya customer satisfaction juga memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap customer loyalty. Terakhir variabel customer loyalty juga memberikan pengaruh positif pada variabel brand switching nasabah BCA Cabang Darmo Surabaya
