Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh Experiantial Marketing dan Service Quality terhadap Customer Loyalty dengan mediator Customer satisfaction pada DEPOT ANDA kota Mojokerto. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 sampel. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Expriential Marketing berpengaruh negative terhadap Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Satisfaction, Customer satisfaction terhadap customer loyalty dimediasi secara positif oleh customers satisfaction, experiantial Marketing terhadap loyalty dimediasi secara negative oleh Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality terhadap Customer Loyalty dimediasi secara positif oleh Customer Satisfaction.
