Abstract

The marketing strategy is very important in a business besides that a good marketing strategy will be able to increase the number of sales. fluctuating, unstable.The method used in this research is SWOT analysis and Promotion Mix is a marketing strategy through the identification of internal and external factors.The research results, from the identification and questionnaire obtained that UD. XYZ is in quadrant IV where UD. XYZ is in a position of careful stability where the strategy used for quadrant IV is to grow and develop. In Friska Andriani's research, et al (2021) only evaluated opportunities in the form of product names and suggestions for being more innovative and more creative in introducing new menus.In conclusion, after knowing consumer needs, suggestions for improvement are given by implementing a Promotion Mix strategy, namely by marketing products through social media (Facebook, Instagram), participating in exhibitions held by related agencies, serving a certain amount of COD, and providing product testers at certain retailers.Contribution, with the implementation of this strategy UD.XYZ can increase sales by more than 100%, so it is hoped that this sales volume can continue as expected.
