Abstract

“Boffee” merupakan produk permen jelly yang terbuat dari ekstrak kopi robusta dan memiliki tekstur yang kenyal. Usaha “Boffee” memiliki kapasitas produksi 120 pouch (@50 g) setiap harinya. “Boffee” didirikan di Jalan Palm Beach F6-32, Surabaya. Usaha “Boffee” merupakan industri rumah tangga yang memiliki struktur organisasi lini. Usaha “Boffee” terdiri dari 4 tenaga kerja yang terdiri dari pemimpin, kepala administrasi dan keuangan, kepala produksi serta anggota produksi. Proses produksi dilakukan setiap hari Senin hingga Jumat dengan jam kerja selama 8 jam. Bahan-bahan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan permen jelly kopi “Boffee” adalah kopi robusta, air, gula pasir, gelatin, perisa, gula halus dan maizena. Produk permen jelly kopi “Boffee” akan dijual dengan harga Rp 25.000,00 dan diperoleh keuntungan sebesar 47,54%. Usaha “Boffee” akan memasarkan produknya secara online melalui media sosial Instagram dan secara offline. Targer pasar yang dipilih yakni dari rentang usia remaja hingga dewasa. Evaluasi usaha “Boffee” dinyatakan layak berdasarkan Rate of Return (ROR) setelah pajak sebesar 485,15%, Pay Out Time (POT) setelah pajak sebesar 2,46 bulan dan Break Even Point (BEP) sebesar 51,53%.
