Abstract
Sosis ikan merupakan produk olahan ikan yang praktis dan bergizi tinggi. Jenis sosis yang akan diproduksi dalam prarencana pabrik ini adalah smoked cokred sausage. Sosis ikan ini akan dikemas dalam plastik secara vakum. Pemasaran sosis ikan ini akan meliputi seluruh daerah di Indonesia. Perincian dalam prarencana pabrik sosis ikan ini : 1. Bahan baku utama : ikan patin jambal 2. Waktu operasi : 260 hari/tahun (8 jam/hari) 3. Kapasitas : 32.000 kg/tahun 4. Produk : 258.440 pack sosis/tahun(@ 5 buah sosis) 5. Harga jual Produk: Rp 8.000,00 kemasan /hari 6.Utilitas Air :2,5m³/hari Listrik : 388,57 kW/hari Bahan bakar : 22,6932 l/bulan Sawdust : 127,056 kg/hari 7 Lokasi : Gresik, Jawa Timur 8. Luas tanah : 800 m2 9.Jumlah karyawan : 20 orang 10.Analisa ekonomi Melalui metode linear, didapatkan: • ROR sebelum pajak = 33,73 % • ROR setelah pajak = 25,30 % • POT sebelum pajak = 2 tahun 4 bulan • POT setelah pajak = 2 tahun 11 bulan • BEP =56,13 % Melalui metode discounted cash flow, didapatkan : • ROR sebelum pajak = 26,12 % • ROR setelah pajak = 19,01 % • POT sebelum pajak = 3 tahun 4 bulan • POT setelah pajak = 4 tahun 2 bulan • BEP =50,48 %
