Abstract

PT. Tirta Investama Pabrik Keboncandi Pasuruan merupakan perusahaan pengolahan air baku menjadi air minum dalam kemasan khususnya kemasan galon. Aliansi perusahaan antara PT. Tirta Investama dengan Danone terjadi pada tahun 1998. PT. Tirta Investama Pabrik Keboncandi Pasuruan yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Winongan, Gondangwetan, Kabupaten Candi, Kecamatan Gondang Wetan, Pasuruan, Jawa Timur. Proses pengolahan air baku meliputi proses unloading galon dari distributor, pemeriksaan awal (organoleptik, kenampakan, dan fisik), pemeriksaan kebocoran, pembersihan, disinfeksi, pembilasan, pengolahan air baku, pengemasan, dan penyimpanan. Metode sanitasi yang diterapkan terdiri dari sanitasi mesin dan peralatan (Cleaning In Place (CIP), Cleaning Out of Place (COP), dan External Cleaning). Produk AMDK yang diproduksi oleh PT. Tirta Investama Pabrik Keboncandi Pasuruan adalah air minum dalam kemasan galon/jugs/Home Office Delivery (HOD).
