Abstract
A culture of mutual trust between employees and company management will support the comfort of employees working and will cause employees to complete their duties properly. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The primary data used in this research is self-report using a self-administered survey by distributing questionnaires directly to the respondents. Data analysis used a structural equation measurement model with Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of the study support the proposed hypothesis that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of 87 employees of PDAM Madiun City. While the mediating role of job satisfaction is partial.
