Abstract

PT. Cipta Mandiri Perkasa merupakan perusahaan Perseroan Terbatas yang bergerak di sektor paint and coating industry dengan produk berupa cat. PT. Cipta Mandiri Adhiperkasa telah berdiri sejak tahun 2014 yang berlokasi di Jalan Raya Bambe Km 18 Blok A No. 12B, Driyorejo, Gresik. Proses produksi di PT. Cipta Mandiri Adhiperkasa terbagi menjadi tiga yaitu pembuatan base, proses tinting dan proses packaging. PT. Cipta Mandiri Adhiperkasa mempunyai berbagai jenis produk mulai dari cat tembok, cat kayu dan besi serta cat anti bocor. Pemasaran produk dilakukan secara komersial melalui toko retail dan B2B (bussiness to bussiness). Pengolahan limbah di PT. Cipta Mandiri Adhiperkasa menggunakan metode koagulasi untuk mengurangi kekeruhan air. Koagulan yang digunakan merupakan poly aluminium chloride dengan penggunaan yang cukup besar. Dari hasil analisa, didapatkan penggunaan poly aluminium chloride dapat dikurangi namun tetap memenuhi regulasi dengan dosis poly aluminium chloride yang dianjurkan adalah 1200 mg/L.
