Abstract
Usaha “Silly Jelly” merupakan usaha industri makanan perorangan dan tergolong dalam kelompok usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM). Produk yang dihasilkan oleh usaha “Silly Jelly” adalah permen jeli mangga. Usaha “Silly Jelly” direncanakan memiliki kapasitas produksi sebesar 40 toples (@250 g) per hari. Lokasi usaha “Silly Jelly” berada di Jalan Bratang Gede 85, Kelurahan Ngagelrejo, Kecamatan Wonokromo, Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur, ID 60245. Proses produksi permen jeli dilakukan oleh 1 orang pekerja dan 1 pemilik yang bekerja selama 5 hari per minggu. Bahan yang digunakan dalam pembuatan permen jeli mangga adalah buah mangga arumanis, gelatin, sukrosa, sirup glukosa, air, citroen zuur, dan pewarna makanan tartrazine. Utilitas yang digunakan meliputi 4773,2 L air per bulan, 166,23 kWh listrik per bulan, dan satu tabung LPG 3 kg per 3 bulan. Industri kecil permen jeli mangga “Silly Jelly” memiliki laju pengembalian modal setelah pajak (ROR) sebesar 25,70%, waktu pengembalian modal setelah pajak (POT) selama 40 bulan 69 hari, dan memiliki titik impas (BEP) sebesar 54,78%. Usaha “Silly Jelly” memiliki kelayakan untuk didirikan dan dioperasikan berdasarkan faktor teknis maupun faktor ekonomisnya.
