Abstract
This research aims to measure and examine the influence of the leadership and organization culture toward the job performance directly and the job satisfaction indirectly also the influence of job performance toward the job satisfaction directly of employee at PT. Gading Murni, Surabaya. This research uses Accidental sampling method, questioners as the tools in collecting the main data and Structural Equation Modelling ( SEM). Program Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) verse 18 is used in this research along with Goodness of Fit model of structural equation. The result show that leadership variable has significant influence upon the job performance and the organization culture has significant influence to job performance. Leadership variable has significant influence to the employee satisfaction and the organization culture has significant influence to the employee satisfaction. Also, employee job performance has significant influence upon the employee satisfaction. This result show the indication that leadership gave direct and positive affect to employee job performance (0.364), either the employee job performance to employee work satisfaction (0.334). The most dominant leadership variable is the participating (0.977). The most dominant employee satisfaction variable is compensation (0.975).
