Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji signifikansi pengaruh positif dimensi e-WOM yang terdiri atas concern for other, expressing positive feeling, economic incentive, platform assistance dan helping the company terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Taman Wisata Geni Langit. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunkan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel concern for other dan expressing positive feeling tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung, sedangkan variabel economic incentive, platform assistance dan helping the company berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Variabel e-WOM yang terdiri atas concern for other, expressing positive feeling, economic incentive, platform assistance dan helping the company secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan berkunjung di Taman Wisata Geni Langit. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,379 (37,9%) artinya variabel concern for other, expressing positive feeling, economic incentive, platform assistance dan helping the company terhadap keputusan berkunjung menjelaskan pengaruh sebesar 37,9%. Dalam penelitian ini variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan kerkunjung adalah vaiabel platform assistance.
