Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Product Quality dan Price Perception terhadap Customer Loyalty melalui Customer Satisfaction pada ban sepeda motor merek Maxxis di Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengguna ban sepeda motor merek Maxxis di Surabaya, sedangkan sampel diambil sebanyak 150 responden. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan program LISREL. Hasil dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Product Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Satisfaction, Price Perception berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Loyalty, Price Perception berpengaruh poisitf terhadap Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Loyalty, Product Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Loyalty melalui Customer Satisfaction , dan Price Perception berpengaruh positif terhadap Customer Loyalty melalui Customer Satisfaction.
