Abstract

This study tries to describe the extent to which school based management has been implemented in seven Catholic High Schools in Makassar Archdiocese. It is qualitative in nature and conducted by way of questionnaires and interviews with a number of resource person as the sample. The sample covers school principals, teachers, foundations management, and officials from the Provincial office of Education and Culture, South Sulawesi. The data collected are then analyzed and the result indicates that the Catholic High School in Makassar Archdiocese have implemented the to called school based management they possibly can.
