Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh penerapan good corporate governance dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 26 perusahaan Jakarta Islamic Index yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016 sampai 2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel dewan komisaris independen, dewan direksi, komite audit, kepemilikan manajerial dan kepemilikan institusional tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan, sedangkan variabel ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan.
